The new location is closer to Perth and is easily accessible being located just of Orrong road. The new location gives us the same benefits as our previous yard in Maddington and much more.

By forming a strategic partnership with JSG Industrial we have access not only access to the Lincoln and Muster products, but a whole range of products including onboard weighing systems, flow measurement systems, material dispensing systems and general lubrication products. Parkerville have been helping vulnerable children in our community for 110 years now and with the ongoing support from us and others in our community will continue this great effort for years to come.

Allan Barlow has been with Australian Mining and Civil for 12 months as our T/A. Allan has been such a valuable asset we offered Allan an apprenticeship as a Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanic.

TEREX TR60 GETS A NEW LEASE ON LIFE

The latest refurbished vehicle to be given a new lease on life in our workshop is a Terex TR60 water truck. The well weathered truck was in serious need of some urgent TLC when it arrived in our Maddington yard last year. AMC’s re-build of the TR60 was carried out to AMC’s rigorous quality standards and included repair of all mechanical issues, remanufacturing all hand rails, refurbishment of the water tanks, installing new pumps and replacing the electrical harnesses and lighting. To finish off we then gave the truck a full blast and paint, re-fitted the cabin as well as installing fire suppression and greasing systems. We’re very proud of the finished product and happy to know that this truck will now give its owners many more years of reliable service. AMC, Fuelling Christmas Creek 2

We are very proud to announce the delivery of two fuel trucks to FMG’s new Christmas Creek 2 project. Both Komatsu 785-7 trucks began life as dump trucks before we converted these to fuel trucks on behalf of Iron Man Plant Rental. The trucks will be used by Macmahon and each has a capacity of 73,500 litres. The machines were built to FMG specification which includes full blast and paint, new hydraulically operated boarding ladders, LED lights, remote evacuation, live sampling, cab pressuriser and fire suppression. As always the refurbishment was carried out to AMC’s exacting quality standards.

Our expert machinists are equipped with the latest in portable line boring equipment and will come to your workshop or site – anywhere, anytime. We can also line bore your machine while it is having other maintenance done in our yard. either way, we will have your machine up and running sooner.

The Fleet Grows

AMC is proud to announce the purchase of another field service vehicle to add to its ever growing fleet. The 2012 Toyota Landcruiser will be build to mine specifications, and fitted with oxy and acetylene, an air compressor, and a generator/welder. It is paramount to AMC to set up all of its field service vehicle to the best of its ability, as we pride ourselves on being able to carry out all repairs in a field environment.
